[aprssig] Help: Win 10 Laptop/No Com Ports.

For the past couple of weeks I have been trying to connect my new HP 
laptop running Windows 10 to my IC-7200 to try various digital modes.
However, it seems upon inspection of Device Manager there is not any 
indication of the laptop having Com ports defined, despite the laptop 
having two USB ports.

Would anyone know of a workable solution, maybe other than replacing the 
laptop?  Thanks
