[aprssig] Power up IC-V8000 for APRS

I am setting up an IC-V8000 in my truck for mobile APRS use. I would 
like the radio to come on when 12V is applied via an ignition controlled 
relay. Unfortunately, the radio turns on with a soft switch. Even though 
the radio is on when power is removed, it stays off when power is 
restored until the switch is pushed. Is there any way around this? I am 
trying to cut down on the number of things I have to turn on when I get 
in the truck.
