It's still not clear to me whether this only works for the Internet-connected
home station itself.

Or will it work for stations received via RF by the Internet-connected home
station? I.e. acts like an igate.

Anyhow, I have JS8CALL ver 2.1.1 now up and running (I think). It's now
listening on a Yaesu FT-857 with the 500 Hz CW filter and a 105-foot
ladder-line-fed dipole.

Once again, I'm monitoring 5.403.5 MHz USB (US 60M "channel 5"with the
"Offset" freq (just to the right of the waterfall) set to "1400 Hz".

Since I am monitoring through a narrow CW filter rather than the default SSB
filter, you must be on or very near this frequency for you to even get through
my radio and be heard by JS8CALL..

I've also noticed that while ver 1.1.1 of the program offered 60 Meters Chan 5
as a band select option. (click the frequency in the black field even though
it's not obvious this is a control.) 60M would show between 80 M and 40 M

Ver 2.1.1 doesn't offer this band - You have to enter it manually as a "custom
frequency.
