[aprssig] APRS destination for Anytone equipments??

Hi,
There is, in fact, a recently assigned tocall for Anytone.
http://aprs.org/aprs11/tocalls.txt
4 Jun 19 added APATxx for Anytone
It's included in https://github.com/hessu/aprs-deviceid too.
