If you don't want to connect it to an external computer of some kind and run it in KISS mode then take a look for the UIDIGI firmware. You'll need a 27C256 EPROM device programming.

I guess I live under a rock, never heard of a Pac Comm Tiny-2 Mk2, but I
have been googling and I guess this tnc can be used as a stand-alone
digi?  We have a member of our club that would like to put one south of
here to act as an APRS fill in digi.

Does anyone know where I could find the command particulars to set it up?
