[aprssig] New APRS Satellite (QIKCOM-1 a GO for this Friday AM) CORRECTION

Well, no; if you want people to be only trying to get digipeated by
QIKCOM-1, they should set their path to "QIKCOM-1". I just wanted to make
sure APRSAT was still a thing and that we should be documenting it.
