[aprssig] OT: Search for APRS in Uzbekistan

Hello all,

There is high probability that in November I will participate as a 
tutorial speaker on ham data radio modes in ICISCT 2017, Tashkent 
Uzbekistan, and I wonder if there is any APRS operation in that country. 
I looked in aprs.fi but did not recognize any sign of APRS there.

I also tried to locate their ham union or clubs but no avail. Any idea?
