[aprssig] APRS-IS 10152 Full feed and Messages

In my experience, it does.  If you're not sure, do a parallel test.  
Open a telnet window onto a full feed and another onto the filtered port 
and use a filter of t/m. But I'd challenge you to see if the messages 
were actually in the full feed as it goes streaming by!
