Remind the users that the APRS-IS is not designed to be used for RF
analysis.

If you want to see local RF characteristics for the network, you need to
publish I-gate RF logs somewhere online. The BALDI digi is a good example
of how this can be done: http://baldi-aprs.kd7lxl.hamwan.net/
