[aprssig] Club Station Rules

I apologize for the off-topic post.  Please respond direct (off list).
A local club is considering the creation of a club station with a radio installed.  Woot!
Does YOUR club have a club station with rules/guidelines for its' use?  If so...could you point me to those rules/guideslines?  It would be nice to see how others have addressed this issue.
