Joe, I use UI-VIEW32 and it imports a text file from the weather 
software that creates the weather report. It then is transmitted via 
APRS. I'm sure a Raspberry Pi and the 2 meter rig of your choice would 
work just fine. There are many possibilitys with the Pi.
