The 860 was the UHF version of the 760. Mic connector wiring appears on 
page 47.

I do not believe you will find RX audio on the mic connector, so you 
will need a pig tail to the speaker jack on the back of the radio.

Pay attention to the pin number order as Kenwood sometimes counts the 
RJ45 pins differently from the way network guys count them.
