[aprssig] It's that time again. (at least consider an EV)

I live in a bottom floor apartment Bob, where would I plug it in?
Kinda like the direct tv guys always trying to sell me a dish.  I'm on the
north side of the building. (by choice, it's much cooler in the summer)
