I believe D-Rats is the only real data application so far for the
D-Star systems.  They have a minimal APRS tracking system (DPRS) but
it doesn't even respond to pokes so it has a long ways to go.

Looks like the D-Rats web page is broken.   It'll probably be fixed
soon once this message is posted.

PS.  There's also the Android programs for sending pictures with the
newer ID51's...
