TAPR has been slowly moving to outsource our IT operations as well.  It’s becoming more impractical to run our own services.  TAPR has an organizational GitHub account that I’m sure we’d be happy to create a repository for the APRS community if we have some volunteers that the community agrees will be the maintainers.
