Not open source so it's programming is limited.   Certainly wouldn't
expect it to run for a long time unattended but one never knows.

Why not just put up two overlapping digipeaters for the (important RF)
coverage needed and allow nearby home stations to fill in for the
(it's a fad and not going to last) Internet coverage.
