Try this page for settings:

For Ver 8.2 KPC-3’s:

For Ver 8.3 KPC-3’s:
http://www.aprs.org/kpc3/kpc3+WIDEn.txt


Helps to know exact version running, especially the 8.2 versions, for there are two unique settings for V8.2
