[aprssig] on boot display

There's a couple ways you can do it.

 

You can put the command name in ~/.xinitrc with an & at the end. That's the
old school way, but you would stil have to log into X to begin with.

 

With KDE there's ~/.kde/Autostart, im sure gnome has the same thing.

 

As far as automatic login .,look at this see if it's any help

I personally prefer having to log in

 

But I just use xinitrc

Dedicated APRS displays, like a browser or xastir

 

Is there a way to boot up to them and just show them, like a decidicated
window on boot ?
