[aprssig] kpc-2 audio input level help

The manuals for the KPC-2 came as a set of 3 manuals that covered KPC-1, 
KPC-2, KPC-4 KAM and KPC-2400. Installation manual, Operations manual 
and Commands manual. They are available on mods.dk or several other 
sites if you search.

It uses the AM7910 mode chip so you need to select HF off, HFTONES off, 
HBAUD 1200 to ensure You've got Bell 202 1200 baud selected. A hardware 
reset should get you to this state.
