[aprssig] D710 cable

Any of the cable based on the FTDI chip are very reliable at the moment,
and they cost a little more, but are worth it.

That is until the cheap Chinese knockoffs start copying the FTDI chipset.
We can only hope they stay satisfied making the Prolific clones.
