[aprssig] Help with Digi settings

I may not be remebering right,,but if it has a UIDIGI command, then that
command should be:

UIDIGI WIDE1-1,WIDE2-1,WIDE2-2

If it does not have a UIDIGI command, then it cannot do any kind of WIDEn-N
and can only digi its one ALIAS.  In that case, make it WIDE1-1.
