[aprssig] Repeater objects

Also, what would be wrong with advertising a repeater that an APRS radio 
can't use?  Just because my Kenwood D710GA can't do 6 meters doesn't 
mean I don't have another radio in the car that does.  Is that really 
considered too spammy?
