I could have sworn you referred to your "igate". By definition, that
is a gateway between APRS-IS and RF with a TNC. You can understand my
confusion if this is not what you meant by "igate".

By default, only messages will be sent on a filter port. We've already
established that you are using a specific filter, so the default case
is no longer applicable. There'd be a lot less back-and-forth if you
could just say "using this filter ____, I'm not receiving this station
____".
