[aprssig] next beta build #61 of YAAC ("Yet Another APRS Client")

Thanks very much. I got it operating on one of my windows 7 machines 
tonight. I will try setting it up on a Raspberry Pi 2 with Raspbian in a 
couple days. I already have the program running with the sound plug in 
but need to direct it to the espeak program. This iS very much what I
