[aprssig] Balloon launch over Baltimore morning of 2 April (Wed)

There will be a balloon launch Wed, 2 April with APRS on it  west of
Baltimore to land who knows where in the area or across the bay...



It is a hot-air (sun heated) 16' balloon with an APRS tracker on it
launched by an "Art school" who is calling it a dynamic "Sculpture".



There is no planned end game? It won't rise and burst like a helium
balloon. But it will land when there is no direct sun...

Those that know how to do predictions are welcome to kibitz on what will
happened.  But they can offer no height data, so we need to make some
guesses and bound the problem.

It will be on 144.39 normal APRS using W3ADO-11.
