[aprssig] where is PSAT

Wrt PSAT TLE from Bob below, is there a temporary repository where this can be pulled from.  I don’t see it yet on celestrak here:

That's the TLE I'm using in the PSAT SATSRV auto pass responder.  However, it's missing the check digits on each line and most TLE's don't include the + signs.  Your usability of this TLE as provided may vary, but APRSISCE/32 will certainly reject it.
