[aprssig] where is PSAT

Send an APRS message to "PSAT" with any body text.  It will respond with 
the next pass information for your most recently beaconed position.

PS.  Note that the prediction being done under the covers is using a TLE 
of unknown origin and/or age.  You may need to adjust the times provided 
by several minutes earlier or later.
