This sounds like a FUN APRS Challenge! And it will be hard. What is his
TX rate? If we know hat, then we KNOW when to listen. ANd listening on RF
will be very important.
Also doing a simple APRS Omni-DF-plot of all the digi's that hear him
direct should nail down the area.
I just fired up my old APRS RF system and will start watching.
