[aprssig] ARISS on UHF?

Hi all
Couple of question on the ARISS UHF 437.550 APRS packet up/downlink :

1.       Is this linked to the 145.825 ?

2.       Are the gated packets surfaced visually on ariss.net or does it only target 145.825 (worldwide)

3.       What about the PSAT and PCSAT are they only 145.825 or do they also share 437.550 ?
