[aprssig] program for linix

I tried something out.  On a Raspberry Pi with aprx and ldsped running, I
never saw ldsped go above 2.3% cpu utilization with both YAAC and APRSIS32
communicating with it from another computer on the network.  APRX is so
small and light that it is not even showing up on the list when I run top.
The thing I like most about using ldsped as opposed to server ports is that
it provides an AGW port that carries RF packets only.
