[aprssig] Kenwood D710 and Yaesu FTM-350AR APRS Local Info Init QSY compatibility?

Try the following object definition:

;145.47KRL*111111z4835.40N/09634.80Wr145.470MHzT077 -060

Note the nnn.nnnMHz (added the trailing zero) and the MHz is case 
sensitive.  I think you'll find both radios like this format.
