People have asked a lot of different color combinations for the weather panel. So do it yourself.

You can independently set the background color (bgcolor), font color (fcolor), annotation (label) color (acolor), and wind rose ring color (rcolor).

That is 79,228,162,514,264,337,593,543,950,336 possibilities. That should hold you for a while!
