I announced this on here on the sig a test basis January 27 and after nothing but positive reports moved it (without further announcement) live on January 28! 

In case you missed it there is also a tz parameter now to overrride the one your browser returns (the usual nomenclature of hours added to UTC, where -5 is EST), so

http://www.findu.com/cgi-bin/wxpage.cgi?call=k4hg-2&last=24&tz=0

will be the graphs in UTC.
