[aprssig] Help - need windows GPS/NMEA sim

I remember that someone had an NMEA simulator a while back.  Should be
mention of it on the APRSSIG.  I paid no attention to it at the time
'cuz it was a Winders program.  Look for "gps simulator" or "nmea
simulator" on Google and limit it to that sig and you should find it.
