[aprssig] Help - need windows GPS/NMEA sim

When I was first implementing a "speed/rate" routine in a Pic-E (yest
that goes back a ways!) I just drove a route at various speeds etc
while capturing the serial port. I could then test (and show my
"track" on DeLorme Street atlas while testing the code.
Was simple...
