[aprssig] Balloon lost near Shrewsbury, PA

Bob, I'll be driving through that area in the morning, and I would like to
stop and look if I have the time (before a 1:30 appt @ Johns Hopkins).

Wanted to coordinate efforts if anyone else was going to be traipsing
through the neighborhood.
