Oh Great, another dumb balloon running ridiculous path and beaconing crazy all over the place.

At 23,000 ft a path of  WIDE1,WIDE2-1 is abusive. It has a direct coverage of over 200 miles. So every node within 200 miles is trying to repeating it.
KJ4GQV>4W1W4S,VE1TRO,WIDE1*,WIDE2-1 <UI>:
`^A7n aO/"sS}

Even Aprs.Fi thinks so:

Altitude:5402 m
Course:98°
Speed:35 km/h
Last path:KJ4GQV>4W1W4U via WIDE1-1,WIDE2-1,qAR,VE9CRM
This station appears to be flying at high altitude and using
digipeaters, which causes serious congestion in the APRS network. The
tracker should be configured to only use digipeaters when at low
altitude.

17 seconds between packets on average..

Got this from AL0I.    Bob, WB4aPR

Should be an adventure!
------
Jonathan Trappe will be undertaking a manned Trans-Atlantic cluster
balloon flight from Maine to Europe with balloon fill beginning at 1000
UTC on 11 September.  He is flying with several tracking devices, and one
of those is APRS.  Here are some URLs with info:

His call is KJ4GQV by the way.
