[aprssig] ANSRVR/SATSRV down

Unfortunately my ANSRVR and SATSRVR (auto-responder for pass 
information) are down along with the ISS object that I inject into the 
APRS-IS.  My A/C has failed and the server just can't stand the heat 
(Florida in the summer).

Hopefully I'll get it back up sometime late tomorrow (gotta hate these 
holiday weekends for some things).
