[aprssig] Igate packets

I ran dixprs on the RPi for a while and it worked fine. If not for wifi 
(to access my LAN) reliability issues I might still be running it. On my 
600MHz P3 with 512M RAM dixprs uses around 20% of the cpu and <2% of 
RAM, well within the RPi's capacity.
