We're darned close.    Some folks have successfully interfaced 
Bluetooth to Serial port adapters.   I would think software such as 
APRDroid on the tablet would work quite well with those.  I'm hoping 
the North American Repeaterbook Android app will work with the D710 
as well down the road.
