Hi

I was setting up a gps tracker today and was connected to USB on kenwood ht 

I saw a ax25 packet which was being decoded by the ht on uiview

Uiview did not want to know about the packet format

I then got the tnc into cmd: mode

And uiview liked the packet

The only difference was ui c 

So what was the d72 sending before ? 

Almost like a clean packet decode
