Geez, given how hard you came down on me the other day I'm surprised to see such sarcasm. I hope no one calls you out for it!

To me it looks like an RF coverage map, looks most like the satellite GPS coverage map one sees in TAC32. Maybe the two colors are before and after, and he is talking about water getting into his feedline. 

I have to agree that if one is going to post something like this there really ought to be some explanation to go with it.
