[aprssig] Solar Plane: Leg 4: Flight St. Louis - Washington - Friday!

Ah ha!  Here is how you can get it to a mobile.  A mobile in the area
should send an Email To SOLAR1.  Then the nearest  IGate should send
back a courtesy posit.

That is how APRS should work (Objects and stations should be treated
identically in all respects).

Authors can confirm if their software will do this.  If not, then fix it.
