[aprssig] next build of YAAC

Greetings, all.

The next build of YAAC is ready, fixing a few more bugs and adding some new features. Downloadable from the usual places:

The changes include:

1. fixing some bugs in the digipeater logic so used-up n-N aliases don't prevent APRS messages from being forwarded to APRS-IS.
2. improve the configuration dialogs to be more responsive and try to ensure new users get their beacons set up correctly.
3. add support for overlaying US National Weather Service radar maps.
