[aprssig] Bulletin ID - Kenwood Problem?

Hi,

I'm sending solar indices using BLN9 ...

:BLN9     :Solar SFI:168 SPD:408.2 DEN:3.5. GeoMag Ap:4 Kp:2 Bt:1.8 Bz:1.6

The 9 is static so that the BLN takes the same place in the receiver
display. APRSIS32 shows the following ...

22:36:14 MB7UZ::9 Solar SFI:168 SPD:408.2 DEN:3.5. GeoMag Ap:4 Kp:2 Bt:1.8
Bz:1.6 2013-12-09

As expected (from Lynn's previous explanation) APRSIS updates the payload
and time received without creating a new line - the old info is
updated. The Kenwood D710, however, creates a new line in the message
screen for each packet (each with BLN ID 9). This just fills up the
message screen with what looks like new messages.

Can anyone see if there is anything in my generated packet that is causing
this or is it simply a Kenwood issue? I am quite sure this worked as
expected previously (while working on the script).

Many thanks and 73,
Mike
