[aprssig] Gateway with Overlay in latest version

>From the look of this, one presumes that an APRS client should restrict the allowed characters for an overlay (to prevent user error of this sort). Looks like another bugfix going in.

Because Mike's overlay wasn't an 'I' (upper case i); it was an 'l' (lower case L) which is not a valid overlay.

Mike has since changed his symbol away from the gate symbol.
