I think it reads as
1. Low voltage should be 0.8 volts or less
2. High voltage should be 2 volts or better

Wondering if someone can help
I am having troubles spotting the minimum voltage swing for a GPS voltage on a PIC16F628 PIC MCU USART

I want to use Scotts TTL GPS but I need to make sure it swings high enough to make 1 and 0
So I can do away with the MAX232 chip I am using now
