[aprssig] AVRS Issues (was Re: aprssig Digest, Vol 99, Issue 11)

It's dependent on these two projects:

https://github.com/ab0oo/wedjat

There is a race condition that prevents some stations from being inserted
into the DB the first time.  If you can give me the callsign of a station
that it is "unable to find", I'll look in the DB and try to figure out why
it's not there.  I'll be working on AVRS quite a bit next week, as I'm
taking a few days off of my real job to prepare for DCC and get all my
code up to speed.  Solving these problems would be a good thing to work on.
