[aprssig] AVRS Issues (was Re: aprssig Digest, Vol 99, Issue 11)

Please give me some "for instances" of what you are expecting versus what
you are seeing.
There has been some instability around the script that updates echolink
node status the last week or so, which might have contributed to weirdness.
