Dire Wolf modem has KISS over IP, it was added as I needed to feed KISS to a
com port. Had the IP to COM port software already, KISS over IP worked fine.

The IP to COM port software was free.

Just do multi-channel KISS over a TCP/IP connection.  Programs will 
catch up to it and someone can implement an AGW listener to TCP/IP-KISS 
converter for programs that cannot be changed.
